We operate the Tiny Sagas platform, which delivers personalised audio stories, learning content, and interactive experiences to children through screen-free devices. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are an adult and that any child who uses the platform's audio content does so under your supervision and with your consent. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction.

3. The service

Tiny Sagas provides a subscription-based platform that generates personalised audio content — including stories, detective mysteries, routine prompts, and interactive Q&A — for delivery to compatible screen-free audio devices (such as Yoto card players and Amazon Echo devices). The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give you reasonable notice and, where applicable, a right to cancel without penalty.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Tiny Sagas is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable rate on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Free trials: Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@tinysagas.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

6. Children's use

Our platform is designed for adult account holders whose children consume the audio content. You are solely responsible for:

• Supervising your child's use of any connected audio device
• Ensuring the content is appropriate for your child's age and needs
• Providing accurate information about your child when setting up their profile
• Obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction for your child to interact with AI-generated content

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with people outside your household
• Use the platform to generate, store, or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content generated by Tiny Sagas — including audio stories, character voices, scripts, and visual assets — remains the intellectual property of Tiny Sagas Ltd or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for personal, non-commercial family use only.

Any data or content you provide to personalise the service (such as your child's name and interests) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-generated content

Tiny Sagas uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised audio content. While we take care to ensure content is age-appropriate and accurate, AI systems can occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that all generated content will be error-free, and we are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated output.

If you encounter content that you consider inappropriate or inaccurate, please report it to hello@tinysagas.com and we will investigate promptly.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and representations.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

11. Third-party devices and services

Tiny Sagas delivers content to third-party devices including Yoto players and Amazon Echo devices. Your use of those devices is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms or devices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
